Tara R. Kostakis concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, federal estate tax issues, fiduciary income tax, charitable giving, business planning, and trust administration.  Prior to completing her law licensing, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert Benham of the Shelby County Probate Court. She has been practicing in the Memphis area since 2006.
