Mr. Tual has a long history of service in both his professional and civic circles, serving as President of the Memphis Bar Association in 1994.  Mr. Tual frequently lectures on estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Tual was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Trusts and Estates and as Super Lawyers for 2012.
