She clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert Benham of the Shelby County Probate Court, and is licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee, and federal district court of the Western District of Tennessee. She is regularly appointed as Guardian ad Litem by the Shelby County Probate Court Judges in Guardianships and Conservatorships.

Blanchard received his B.A. from the University of Florida, his J. D. from the University of Tennessee and his M. A. (History) from Memphis State University. Mr. Tual has a long history of service in both his professional and civic circles, serving as President of the Memphis Bar Association in 1994. Mr. Tual frequently lectures on estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Tual was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialties of Trusts and Estates and as Super Lawyers for 2012. Mr. Tual’s practice concentrates on estate planning, estate administration and general business and corporate law.
